PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

All data collected are intended for pre-contractual measures, at the request of the data subject, with the purpose of pursuing the recruitment, selection and placement process(es) to which the data subject has applied, which presupposes the evaluation of the viability of the application submitted within the scope of jobs available in the structure of clients or potential clients of Multitempo by Jobandtalent, as well as the sharing of data with these entities.


The legal basis for the processing of this data is our legal obligation to verify that the data subject has the right to work in the relevant location. This step is necessary prior to entering into a contract and for the purpose of pursuing the recruitment, selection and placement process to which the data subject has applied in the context of jobs available in Multitempo by Jobandtalent clients or with potential clients.

This data may be shared with Multitempo by Jobandtalent entities or our clients. The data subject shall have the right, upon request, to access, rectification, erasure and, whenever technically possible, portability of personal data concerning him or her, as well as to restrict and object to the processing of data.

The recipients of the data collected are Multitempo by Jobandtalent, as the controller, the clients or potential clients of Multitempo by Jobandtalent and subcontractors.

The data collected will be stored for 5 years as of the termination of the contract.


Data provided are necessary for the recruitment process to which the data subject has applied, so that the omission or refusal to communicate those data may prevent the full pursuit of the process and consequently the possible selection of the application submitted.


The data subject may at any time lodge a complaint with the relevant independent supervisory authority.
